Recycling Fortress Recycling are constantly looking for ways to divert waste from landfill. This saves customers thousands of pounds by avoiding the exponential costs of landfill tax. Simply, separating some of your waste will reduce future costs.
Front End Loader (FEL) With one driver and the ability to empty containers without leaving the cab, this vehicle is an extremely efficient management tool. With the latest technology certificating the vehicles to weights and measures standard, you can be sure you are paying for the waste you produce by weight. The vehicle can empty four different sized containers.
Rear End Loader (REL) This vehicle collects wheelie containers, which are emptied at the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle can empty 5 different sized wheelie bins. In order of size from the largest they are; 1100 litre, 660 litre, 360 litre, 240 litre and 120 litre containers.
Skips This service is mainly for the removal of heavy waste from the construction industry. They are also ideal for the recycling of metals.
Tanker This vehicle is for private residences or businesses that are not connected to the main sewerage system. Tanker operations are divided into two categories: a) Domestic Septic Tanks and Cesspits b) Industrial Wet Waste With over 30 meters of pipe any site can be accessed easily and efficiently. N.B. A septic tank is a settlement tank designed to run full. They are connected to an outfall drainage area to dissipate the water to the subsoil. A cesspit is just a holding tank.
