Segregated Plastics/Wood/Metals Recycling Collections
Plastics
Due to volumes required to make recycling viable for Plastics, only baled plastics can be considered for recycling. Mill sized bails (approx 450kg) would be preferential for the best rebate rates, however, smaller bails can be considered providing the quantity is acceptable.

Wood
All wood can be recycled. Costs range dependant on area and weight as currently all wood recycling carries a tonnage disposal. This is however significantly less than landfill rates and obviously a much greener option
Metals
All ferrous and non-ferrous metals can be recycled using skips of various sizes. As with plastics, please contact Fortress on freephone number 0800 731 3400 as each enquiry will need to be dealt with individually.
Green Waste
Compostable waste can be recycled easily via skip units, again it is a volume related recyclable material.
